Alison creates a uniquely focused, physically and energetically safe container for a live, collective, vibrational, and intentional sound experience for each Sound Journey. Allow yourself to relax and absorb the healing energy of sound to soothe, restore, and balance your mind, body and spirit.LOCATION & PARKINGThe Sacred Sound Journey will be at DFW Crystals 901 West Parker Road, Suite 121, Plano. DFW Crystals is in a shopping center with plenty of parking spaces in front of the venue.TIME5:30pm - Check-in and settle into your space5:50pm - Opening & Introductions6:00pm - Sound Begins6:05pm - Doors LockWHAT TO BRINGYou need only bring yourself. The venue offers plush yoga mats or chairs. Select your choice of Plush Yoga Mat or Chair when purchasing your ticket. They also provide soft blankets and bolsters.WHAT TO EXPECTWhen you arrive, you will check-in. Once admitted, you will be shown where to place your shoes and belongings for the duration of the sound journey. Be sure to turn-off or silence your cellphone/watches before placing them in your cubby for this device free event. Then you will be able to select your Plush Yoga Mat or Chair (depending on your selection when purchasing your ticket) and settle into your space.Everyone is encouraged to get settled into their space being mindful of others. You may relax, meditate or engage in quiet conversation.Alison will begin with an introduction to the Sound Journey Experience. She will set the tone and prepare everyone for the collective journey. There will be an opportunity to ask questions during this time.The Sound will begin promptly at 6:00pm.DEVICE FREE EVENTAll devices must be turned-off, silenced, and put away during this event.RECORDING & PHOTOGRAPHYEnergetically this is a live non-mediated experience. Therefore, recording (audio or video) and photography will not be permitted during the entirety of this event from entry to the sound space until the conclusion of the journey.TICKET POLICYNo Refunds
